How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Helpsisfirst Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting our service. Please report anything that has gone wrong. This page describes how to submit a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Issues You Can Report

You may raise concerns about:

  • Your experience contacting Helpsisfirst Tree Service by phone or another method
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The behavior of a provider you reached through our service

Problems With Provider Services

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with tree work at your property, it usually makes sense to contact the provider first. Keep a written record of the issue and your discussions.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback helps us maintain honesty within the network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Helpsisfirst Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Sending the Details

Write to contact@helpsisfirst.living with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted our service or the provider
  • The number you used or the form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • An explanation of the problem and the action you would like from us

Our Review Process

We will send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will examine the circumstances and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Requesting Another Review

If our response does not satisfy you, reply to request a further review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be able to assist with concerns involving licensed contractors.
