Limits of Our Role and Website Information

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before you use helpsisfirst.living. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Our Referral Role

Helpsisfirst Tree Service connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers through referral and marketing services. Cutting trees, removing fallen trees, grinding stumps and trimming branches are outside our services. An independent provider carries out any work at your property.

Referrals and Provider Accountability

A referral does not mean we endorse a provider. We give no warranty concerning a provider's work quality, timing, price or results, or their availability in your area at any particular time. Providers are responsible for their licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Applying General Information

This website offers general information rather than arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Conditions differ between trees and properties. Information suited to one situation may not fit another. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Understanding Price Figures

Prices shown on this website are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Actual costs depend on the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Obtain a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Checking Your Insurance

Insurance information here is general. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a loss. Your policy terms and your insurer's decision determine coverage. Direct coverage questions to your insurer or insurance agent.

Staying Clear of Hazards

Tree work and fallen trees may present hazards involving power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Avoid putting yourself in danger. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. Where life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Helpsisfirst Tree Service for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements.

Information Accuracy

We seek to keep website information correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or contains no errors.
